Job Description:Role Overview:- Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and increasing customer lifetime value across our travel technology portfolio with primary emphasis on cruise-focused solutions.
- This role blends new business development, account expansion, consultative selling, and industry leadership, requiring a strong understanding of cruise sales and distribution alongside broader travel product knowledge (Air, Hotel, Car, etc.).
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth:- Secure new business and expand existing accounts across travel technology solutions, with key focus on cruise distribution and cruise-centric products
- Upsell enhanced services and premium capabilities across cruise, air, hotel, and car offerings
- Own the full sales lifecycle: discovery, demonstrations, proposals, timelines, UAT coordination, Statements of Work, and contract execution
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
Client Engagement & Enablement:- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and training sessions via web tools and in person
- Translate cruise-specific workflows and challenges — as well as broader travel operations — into tailored SaaS solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, addressing technical, operational, and commercial needs
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account expansion
Industry Leadership & Events:Represent Client at cruise and global travel industry events, including:
- Travel conventions and trade shows
- World Travel Markets and summits
- Cruise-focused conferences
- Phocuswright and travel-technology events
- Conduct in-person presentations, meetings, and promotional events
- Attend and host networking events to promote Client's products, services, and partnerships
Collaboration & Strategy:- Collaborate with domestic and international travel agencies, cruise lines, suppliers, vendors, and GDS partners
- Coordinate sales initiatives across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Contribute to sales and marketing content, media, and online campaigns supporting global expansion
- Provide leadership with insights into customer needs, cruise market trends, competitive activity, and product opportunities
Core Functions:- Promote, follow up, sell, and secure opportunities through a relationship-based, consultative sales approach
- Manage pipelines, timelines, UAT status updates, estimates, and Statements of Work
- Schedule and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
- Deliver regular reporting on customer feedback, market activity, and sales performance
Qualifications & Experience:- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, travel technology, or enterprise platforms
- Strong Cruise Industry experience required, with working knowledge of cruise sales, distribution, or cruise line operations
- Broader travel industry experience across Air, Hotel, Car, or Tour products strongly preferred
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and problem-solving ability
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/contact management tools
- Valid U.S. driver's license and valid passport (international travel required)
- Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder
- Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions and able to pass a full back ground check, Education, Work, Credit and Criminal.
