Position

Our fast-paced sales office is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

If you are an experienced sales leader with a background in the copier, printing, or office technology industry, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing sales professionals and building a successful team.

Essential Job Duties

• Understand our products and provide the best technology solutions to meet client needs.

• Manage, coach, and develop a growing sales team.

• Coach sales representatives and help them reach their full potential.

• Establish and maintain performance standards and sales goals for the team.

• Manage branch P&L and overall profitability.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable for the branch.

• Lead and manage the hiring process for sales positions.

• Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure branch needs are met.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Drive branch sales growth and overall business development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to succeed as both a sales professional and leader in a quota-driven environment.

• Experience managing an outside sales team.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5–6 years of professional sales management experience.

• Previous sales experience in the copier, office technology, or printing industry strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
