Sales Manager – Absorbent Hygiene / Private Label

Griffin Care is a family-owned, made-in-USA manufacturer of absorbent hygiene products, including adult incontinence underpads, pet training pads, and private label programs for retail and healthcare/institutional channels.

About the Role We're adding a hands-on sales professional with a clear path to grow into a VP of Sales role. This position is less about title or years of experience and more about real industry knowledge and sales instinct. You'll start out working closely with our President on major accounts — handling follow-through and execution — while independently managing smaller accounts and developing new business.

What You'll Do

• Support and execute on major account relationships alongside ownership
• Independently manage a portfolio of smaller accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Represent Griffin Care's private label and branded programs to retail and healthcare/institutional buyers

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience selling adult incontinence, baby, feminine hygiene, or absorbent hygiene products
• Private label experience a strong plus
• Strong sales instincts and genuine category knowledge — more important to us than title or tenure
• Comfortable in a lean, hands-on, family-owned environment
