Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth.
Compensation What You'll Do - Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Help sales close deals and serve customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and pricing strategies
- Develop sales goals and track performance
- Use software to manage daily operations
- Participate in management meetings
What We're Looking For - At least 1 year of automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using dealership software
- Valid driver's license
