Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot

• Move, park, and stage vehicles for display and customer deliveries

• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready

• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot appearance

• Perform regular lot inspections and report vehicle concerns

• Support the sales department with vehicle retrieval and customer needs

• Keep dealership grounds neat, clean, and professional

• Follow all safety procedures while driving and handling vehicles

Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
