Key Responsibilities
Complete dealership and manufacturer product training programs
Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and selecting the right vehicle
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Prepare quotes, purchase agreements, and transaction paperwork
Handle customer communications via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
Process credit applications and financing documentation
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate referrals and repeat business
Support digital and e-commerce sales efforts through our eSales department
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
2-5 years of sales experience required, preferably in:Automotive Sales
Retail Sales
Inside Sales
Outside Sales
Telemarketing
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, social media, and internet-based applications
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
