WHAT YOU''LL DO

DRIVE SALES & MEMBERSHIP GROWTH

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert introductory guests into members.
• Confidently present membership options and communicate the value of Orangetheory Fitness.
• Achieve and exceed individual and studio sales goals.
• Proactively make calls, send texts, and follow up with prospective members.
• Identify opportunities to generate referrals, upgrade memberships, and increase revenue.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives, community events, and outreach activities.
• Track sales performance and take ownership of your results.

CREATE AN EXCEPTIONAL MEMBER EXPERIENCE

• Welcome every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and prospective members.
• Deliver an outstanding introductory experience that makes guests excited to join.
• Learn members'' names, understand their goals, and make them feel valued.
• Resolve member questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Help create a studio environment where members feel connected, motivated, and appreciated.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE & SUPPORT THE TEAM

• Set the standard for sales performance, professionalism, and customer service.
• Help motivate and support fellow sales associates in achieving team goals.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and developing new sales team members.
• Partner with the Studio Manager to execute sales strategies and studio initiatives.
• Bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to the studio every day.
• Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to a winning team culture.

SUPPORT DAILY STUDIO OPERATIONS

• Manage member accounts, class bookings, and membership inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and member interactions.
• Help ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support studio events, promotions, and fitness challenges.
• Assist management with daily operational responsibilities as needed.

WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
