Glass Doctor of North Texas/ View13 is looking for a driven, self-motivated New Business Development Intern to learn the luxury residential construction market from the ground up. We sell premium Fleetwood and Kolbe window and door systems to architects, builders, designers, and luxury homeowners - and we''re looking for someone who wants to build their own book of business, not just punch a clock.

This isn''t a "wait to be told what to do" internship. You''ll be given the tools, the relationships, and the runway - what you build with them is up to you.

What You''ll Get Your Hands On

• Relationship building - Get face-to-face with architects, builders, designers, and developers. Visit job sites and offices, and start building the kind of network that fuels a real sales career.
• Lead generation - Learn how to identify and pursue new business, research upcoming projects, and get in early with project teams before the competition does.
• The full sales cycle - Prospect, qualify, coordinate with our estimating team on proposals, present our value proposition, and track it all the way through to close.
• Strategic partnerships - Learn how top performers build alliances with trades, suppliers, and industry professionals to create a steady pipeline of referrals.
• CRM & pipeline management - Build the habits and discipline that separate top earners from everyone else.
