MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTAll new hires must complete 100% of required training:
- Full attendance is required
- No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
- Failure to complete training results in disqualification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Sell vehicles and services in-store and online
- Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Create short-form video and social media content daily
- Post approved content to company platforms
- Maintain a professional brand image at all times
- Follow proven sales and marketing processes

REQUIREMENTS- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver's license
