Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, and design solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs
- Develop and present interior design concepts and space plans to clients
- Drive showroom sales by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay current on design trends, product lines, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through order fulfillment and follow-up
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source products and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor
Requirements:- Experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related retail design environment
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related experience preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
