Job Summary
As a Toyota of Riverside Sales Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient sales experience. This highly visible position requires a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive to the dealership, directing them to the appropriate sales person.
- Provide a high level of hospitality to customers while they wait for a Sales Consultant or Manager.
- Determine the purpose of each customer’s visit and direct them to the appropriate department or employee.
- Monitor the dealerships showroom and customer areas, ensuring they remain organized and welcoming.
- Help maintain accurate customer traffic information, including tracking showroom visits, appointments and customer arrivals
- Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual is desirable but not a requirement for this position
Schedule
This is a full-time position, including weekends and some Holidays.
