We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Floor Team Member to join our crew! In this role, you will do much more than just stock shelves. You will play a big part in keeping our store running smoothly, making our sales floor look amazing, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe for our customers and team members.

What You Will Do 

• Support the Team: Help welcome and train new team members. Offer friendly tips and coaching to help everyone succeed.

• Keep Operations Smooth: Help out with shift schedules and make sure daily tasks are assigned. Take regular inventory counts to keep stock accurate.

• Keep the Store Looking Great: Maintain a clean, safe, and beautifully organized sales floor that matches our high standards.

• Connect with Customers: Greet shoppers, help them find exactly what they need, and share your product knowledge to drive sales.

• Merchandise & Plan: Help set up fun product displays and work on promotional strategies to highlight our best items.

Skills & Abilities You Need

• Clear Communication: Great verbal and written skills for talking with customers, peers, and managers.

• Safety Minded: Understanding of basic food safety guidelines to keep our environment clean and compliant.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience: At least 3 years of retail customer service experience.
