If so, we'd love to hear from you!About the RoleThe Floor Lead is responsible for all Retail Representative duties and responsibilities, including interacting with, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and by phone, assisting with inventory and cash management, and interacting with local service providers. The Floor Lead will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities, including preparing orders, entering product information, and more.Additionally, the Floor Lead holds key-holder status and assists the General Manager and Assistant Manager with other duties as needed.Colorado MED Badge RequirementWorking at a licensed cannabis dispensary in Colorado requires all employees to hold a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee License, commonly referred to as a "MED Badge."
