Compensation: $70-85K Base DOE + Uncapped Commission
Travel: Local field-based travel throughout the Louisville market

Key Responsibilities
· Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
· Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to identify operational challenges and customer needs.
· Create customized proposals and present value-driven facility service solutions to decision-makers and executive leaders.
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreements and ongoing relationship management.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline while managing territory activity and sales performance independently.
· Develop relationships with business owners, facility managers, property managers, and executive leadership teams throughout the Louisville market.
· Support the growth and success of local franchise partners through new customer acquisition and business development efforts.
Qualifications
· Experience in B2B outside sales, business development, or territory sales.
· Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
· Ability to work independently while managing territory activity, pipeline, and customer relationships.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
· Competitive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and drive results.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local field travel.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience selling commercial services, facility services, janitorial services, or other recurring B2B solutions.
· Experience managing long sales cycles and developing business through relationship-driven selling.
· Experience working within franchise, territory, or service-based business environments.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $70-85K DOE.
· On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Year 1 OTE of $150K–$180K+ with uncapped commission potential.
