Job Title: Sales Executive/Business Development Executive – Louisiana Public Sector (OSP/OTS Focus)
Location: Louisiana – Local candidates only (Must be currently based in LA; no relocation)
Industry: IT Staffing / Government (SLED)
Job Type: Full-time

Seeking a Business Development Executive to grow IT staffing & consulting business across Louisiana state agencies, leveraging statewide procurement processes and agency engagements via OSP / OTS.
What you’ll do:

  • Execute a Louisiana public sector sales strategy targeting state agencies and higher education.
  • Support and respond to IT staffing support contracts and staffing RFPs.
  • Build relationships with agency IT leadership, procurement, and OTS stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to submit candidates aligned to labor categories.
  • Manage end-to-end opportunity lifecycle through offer & onboarding.
 
What we need:
  • 5+ years IT staffing / consulting sales experience.
  • Experience selling into State of Louisiana agencies or similar SLED environments.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with:
    • Louisiana statewide IT Staffing Support contracts.
  • Existing relationships with:
    • Agency CIO offices.
    • Procurement / contract officers.
