We're seeking competitive, motivated individuals ready to excel in a travel sales environment. While you may be new to travel, this is not an entry-level position. It's a professional sales career built on discipline, relationship management, and consistent performance. You'll earn guaranteed pay (starting at $52K and rising to $75K as you complete training) plus uncapped commission, and you'll work warm inbound leads rather than cold-calling.

    Your Role

    • Sell a wide range of vacation products across major travel brands
    • Convert inbound leads while growing a personal client base
    • Understand client needs and deliver expert recommendations
    • Meet and exceed key performance metrics in a structured, high-volume environment
    • Manage multiple bookings, communications, and follow-ups with precision

    Qualifications

    • The ability to grasp complex processes and arrive at intelligent and thoughtful decisions through critical thinking skills is a requirement.
    • Ability to perform all Essential Functions on a regular and consistent basis
    • Ability to create, nurture, and maintain long-term profitable client relationships while expanding their book of business on a consistent basis.
    • High school diploma required; associate's degree or 2 years of travel industry sales experience preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients in both verbal and written forms.
    • Strong grammar, service-first approach, and no use of slang in professional correspondence.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing promotions, supplier policies, and internal processes.
    • Proficient in Windows-based computer systems, typing, mathematical calculations, and analytical problem-solving.
    • Ability to efficiently operate automated reservation systems & modern office software/operating systems
    • Must be attentive to details and remember and implement detailed processes that are both documented and undocumented, the latter with a reasonable amount of training and examples
    • Must be able to meet physical requirements as outlined in the full job description
