Sales Engineering Manager

Custom CNC job shop in Menomonee Falls is looking to hirean experienced Sales Engineering Manager in the $120K-$140K range.This is a direct hire, salaried position.The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in thespecialty machining industry, quoting, sales, and being a technical liaisonbetween the company and its customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ENGINEERING MANAGER:

·Cultivate new customers and build relationshipswith the existing customer base

·Travel to customer sites, including occasionalinternational travel

·Follow up on customer concerns

·Coordinate timely completion of customer quotesand follow up on them

·Develop the sales engineering data to adaptcompany products to customer requirements

·Monitor pricing strategy in the marketplace

·Keep company pipeline loaded at top capacity

·Ensure that new orders are accurate in price,lead time, print revisions, and material requirements

·Develop and give direction to employees in the salesdepartment

·Complete performance evaluations

·Responsible for the maintenance of salesforecasts and budgets

·Recommend customer stocking programs

·Manage all marketing initiatives including thecompany website, LinkedIN, Facebook

Requirements

·10+ years in metals machining, engineering, andsales

·Experience with Babbitt Bearings

·Ability to read prints and quote product

·Proven sales record and progressive growth inengineering sales

·Customer service oriented

·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business,Manufacturing is preferred
