About the role
Bedrock Data is hiring a sales engineer to support our enterprise field team in the Eastern US in closing high-value ($250K+ ACV) B2B/SaaS deals in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare). This role is pre-sales focused, supporting multiple reps and prospects with technical depth, demo precision, and security/compliance expertise — no federal or SLED at this time. We seek a passionate, customer-centric technologist who thrives in high-growth environments and can translate deep technical understanding into compelling customer conversations. A strong background in cloud-native security and AI-first products is a plus.
Compensation
The estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $200,000–$400,000 USD, consisting of base salary and variable compensation, depending on experience, scope, and leveling determined during the interview process. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity compensation and benefits.
