What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions using REST API integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, demonstrating the value of the platform to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and resources to support sales efforts and customer onboarding.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing Salesforce and HubSpot for managing sales processes and customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and their integration with business solutions.
  • Experience with data platforms like Snowflake and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with API development and integration, particularly REST APIs.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools, enhancing collaboration with engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits
