    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively engage and follow up with leads to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close new accounts
    • Partner with Hiossen Marketing and Education teams to develop collateral, presentations, training materials, and other resources needed to support new account acquisition
    • Collaborate and co-travel with field sales representatives to develop opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and close new accounts
    • Coordinate pricing, promotions, contracts, accounting requirements, and other operational activities necessary to establish and support new accounts
    • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure a seamless transition from lead to active customer

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or commercial support
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively with field-based sales teams and cross-functional departments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience in dental implants, medical devices, dental technology, or healthcare preferred

    • Base Salary: 60K-80K
