    The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the delivery and execution of programs, content, and resources that help sales teams perform effectively. This role works closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate enablement programs, maintain learning content and enablement assets, drive communications, and deliver coaching.

    What you'll do:

    Support the planning, coordination and execution of sales training, sales onboarding and enablement programsManage logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning events, including schedules, communications, registration, materials, technology, attendance, and follow-upMaintain sales learning and enablement content across platforms and repositories, coordinating the creation, review, updating, publishing, and retirement of resourcesSupport development of presentations, playbooks, job aids, quick-reference guides, communications and other seller resourcesSupport ongoing learning reinforcement through communications, reminders, microlearning resources and manager enablementPartner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to curate and organize contentAssist with LMS administration, learning assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and learner supportTrack program participation, completion, feedback, and other enablement metricsPrepare reports, dashboards, and program updates for Sales Enablement leadershipSupport surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to identify opportunities to improve the seller experienceHelp manage enablement calendars, project plans, and communicationsProvide responsive support to sales leaders and sellers regarding learning and enablement resourcesIdentify opportunities to improve enablement processes, systems, and operational efficiency
