    Description

    About the Role

We're hiring the first-ever Sales Enablement Specialist for a fast-growing construction technology company that just closed a significant venture round and is now investing in a dedicated enablement function for the first time. You'll be the founding hire into this team, reporting directly to the Head of Enablement, and you'll own the production side of sales training — building the content, organizing the assets, and making sure every new Account Executive and SDR has what they need to ramp quickly and sell with confidence.

This is a build-from-scratch role — there's no existing playbook to inherit, no legacy system to maintain. You'll be standing up the training library, the onboarding tracks, and the in-person delivery model largely from zero, working closely with a hiring manager who is herself new to the company and actively shaping the function in real time.

Travel is a real part of this job — expect to travel to California roughly once a month, sometimes for a full week at a stretch, to help run in-person onboarding bootcamps for new sales hires. Outside of those stretches, the role is fully remote.

    About the Company

We're a venture-backed construction technology company modernizing a historically manual, paper-based corner of the commercial construction industry. Our SaaS platform digitizes a process that today is still largely run on paper forms, email chains, and spreadsheets — bringing real-time visibility and collaboration to general contractors, specialty contractors, and project owners. We've seen strong recent growth in platform adoption and dollar volume processed, and we recently closed a new venture financing round to fuel the next stage of that growth, including building out our first dedicated sales enablement function.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain onboarding decks, training modules, and LMS content for new Account Executive and SDR hires, working from direction set by the Head of Enablement
    • Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual sales assets to support the sales team
    • Translate product updates into clear, sales-ready messaging and training content
    • Own the operational backbone of the enablement function — keep training assets versioned, current, and organized as the team scales
    • Build out and maintain courses within the company's learning management platform as the program matures
    • Support in-person training delivery during periodic travel to California
    • Contribute to building new AI-assisted tools to support rep development and practice

    Qualifications

    • Construction industry or construction technology background — direct employment at a construction tech company, or deep working familiarity with the space
    • Demonstrated experience delivering training or presentations to a group, in person or virtually — this is not a purely behind-the-scenes content role
    • A strong, organized content builder who can take a brief and independently produce clean, professional training materials
    • Regular, hands-on user of AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in daily work
    • A clear writer who can translate technical or product complexity into simple, rep-ready messaging
    • Comfortable building in an ambiguous, no-playbook environment
    • Nice to have: direct sales experience (Account Executive or SDR) or experience directly supporting a sales team
    • Nice to have: familiarity with Mindtickle, Articulate Rise 360, Canva, or Confluence
    • Nice to have: familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, or similar sales tech
    • Nice to have: based in Arizona or another Western state given periodic in-person travel

    What We Offer

    • $80,000 base salary
    • Early equity
    • Subsidized health, vision, and dental benefits
    • Unlimited PTO
    • Remote work schedule with periodic in-person travel for training delivery
    • Regular executive interaction and outsized influence over how a growing sales team gets built and ramped
    • The chance to build a sales enablement function from the ground up rather than inherit an existing one
