Role Overview

The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Specialist is part of the Strategy Insights and Analytics (SIA) team, which acts as internal consultants supporting key business functions.

This role focuses on supporting the Scout incentive program, handling administration, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder support to help improve overall sales performance across multiple brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day operations of the Scout global lead referral program
  • Manage hotel enrollments and payout processes
  • Perform monthly commission reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain the Scout email inbox and provide timely customer support
  • Generate automated and manual reports to support program operations
  • Assess and report on program performance and health
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and databases
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Create and maintain documentation and program content
  • Support cross functional initiatives within SPM programs
  • Assist with other programs such as:
    • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
    • Circle of Excellence (COE)
    • Performance Accelerators (SPIFs)

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 5 years of MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle reconciliation and operational tasks accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in structured processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (BA/BS)
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or sales operations
  • Experience in Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Background in finance, accounting, or customer service
  • Experience supporting incentive or commission programs

Key Skills

Must Have:

  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, formulas, data comparison)
  • Experience in sales operations, reporting, or incentives
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Hospitality industry experience
