About the role

Lead the sales operations dedicated to Orange's largest customers in the Americas while developing strategic account plans to protect and grow key relationships.

Guide and mentor your sales team to expand account horizons beyond traditional offerings, ensuring customer retention and new business development.

Take responsibility for financial outcomes and resource allocation to meet ambitious revenue targets.

• Manage a team of sales professionals focused on the largest customers in the Americas, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales professionals to develop comprehensive account plans that support the protect-and-grow strategy for major customer accounts.
• Represent Orange at executive-level meetings with customer leadership, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customer accounts to expand Orange's market share and service portfolio.
• Guide the team to deepen account positioning by integrating solutions beyond traditional IT offerings.
• Protect and renew major customer contracts within the Americas through sustained engagement and strategic oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver seamless service and meet customer expectations.

About you

You are skilled in creating and executing strategic business plans that enhance market presence. With demonstrated experience managing large multinational customers and complex global contracts within the IT and Telecommunications sectors, you deliver client satisfaction through technological and operational excellence. Your clear communication, effective presentation, and leadership skills foster collaboration and motivate teams toward achieving business goals.

• Create and execute strategic business plans that enhance market share and customer engagement.
• Lead and manage large multinational customer accounts within the IT and Telecommunications sectors.
• Oversee and negotiate complex global contracts to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.
• Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline operations and improve sales processes.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
