We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our rapidly expanding trucking brokerage firm. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with proven success in sales, team development, and strategic business growth within the logistics and freight industry. This role requires weekly travel between Monsey and Williamsburg, NY to oversee both locations, collaborate with teams, and ensure a seamless sales strategy across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for securing new shipper clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact position with significant opportunity for advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across both locations
  • Identify and secure new shipper clients through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry pricing strategies
  • Provide regular performance updates and sales pipeline reports to senior leadership


Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales leadership and team development
  • Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, and intermodal freight services
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly goal-oriented, consistent, and self-driven professional
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
  • Must be based in or near Monsey with the ability to travel weekly to Williamsburg


Compensation:

  • $120,000 annual base salary + performance-based incentives
  • Performance bonuses and huge growth potential


Location: Primarily Monsey, with weekly travel required to Williamsburg

Type: Full-time, onsite leadership role

Salary: $120,000/year + incentives
