About the Role:
CGIG Holdings LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute high-impact sales strategies within a growing organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
• Monitor sales performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts 
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives
• Represent CGIG Holdings LLC at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience, in a Home Health Care director-level role
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
