As part of Danfoss Climate Solutions, the Heat Exchanger Division delivers a comprehensive portfolio of Brazed, Gasketed, and Welded Heat Exchangers that improve energy efficiency and system performance for customers around the globe.

We are seeking a Director, Americas Sales to lead our regional sales organization and accelerate growth across North and South America. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our Brazed and Gasketed Heat Exchanger portfolio, driving profitable growth through both existing customer relationships and new market opportunities.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future of our business by leading a high-performing sales organization, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing our transformation to a modern, data-driven commercial organization focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of technical sales engineers and business development professionals, building capabilities and enabling strong performance.
• Shape and execute the Americas sales strategy using customer, market, and competitive insights to drive sustainable growth.
• Build and expand strategic customer relationships by understanding business and technical needs and connecting them with valuable heat exchanger solutions.
• Develop new opportunities across existing accounts and new markets, turning qualified leads into sustainable business growth.
• Use data and CRM insights to strengthen opportunity management, forecasting, and decision-making while supporting a consistently strong customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent knowledge and experience and:
• +10 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development.
• Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and opportunities to develop effective business strategies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Knowledge of the HVAC and/or Industrial applications and markets
• Strong at working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and drive results.
• Excellent at conveying ideas, presenting solutions, and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Flexible and resourceful in navigating changing market conditions and overcoming challenges to achieve growth.
• Ability to travel up to 25%-40% of the time.
