We are recruiting a Sales Director to drive new business growth for a leading provider of energy-saving refrigeration retrofit solutions serving the grocery industry. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing complex, solution-based sales cycles.

Position Offers

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
Sell technical, capital equipment solutions to grocery and retail customers
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
Partner with leadership to execute strategic sales initiatives
Requirements
Proven outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
Experience selling into the grocery, commercial refrigeration, or energy efficiency markets preferred
Experience selling technical or capital equipment with long sales cycles
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Bachelor's degree preferred
