This position requires a true hunter mentality—someone who thrives on generating leads, building pipelines, and closing new business. The Sales Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Worth, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently achieve assigned sales goals and performance targets.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Industry experience in insulated glass door or commercial refrigeration applications.
