Description

• Lead and execute the sales strategy across the West Coast, with a strong focus on folding carton and paperboard converting solutions
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving accountability, coaching, and consistent revenue growth
• Own and expand the teams key strategic accounts in folding carton, packaging, and CPG-related markets
• Leverage technical knowledge of folding carton manufacturing, substrates, and converting processes to position tailored solutions for clients

Establish and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers (VP, Procurement, Operations) across packaging and converting organizations

• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and margin targets

Profile

A successful Sales Director should have:

• Folding carton or paperboard converting background
• Leadership experience with direct reports
• $5M+ annual revenue ownership
• West Coast market exposure
• Experience selling into CPG / regulated industries
• History of building a team or new region
