Role Overview
Sales Development Representative focused on building top-of-funnel pipeline for a high-growth fintech company. This is an early-career role designed for candidates looking to break into B2B tech sales with a fast path to Account Executive.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
Execute outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to build pipeline
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Run initial discovery and qualification conversations with founders and operators
Partner closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
Maintain accurate CRM data and manage activity in HubSpot
Learn and apply consultative sales techniques in real-world scenarios
Continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion performance
Requirements
0–3 years of experience (new grads encouraged)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Comfortable working long hours and exceeding targets
Interest in long-term career in tech sales or fintech
