What Youll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls (about 100 dials a day) to business owners and C-level decision-makers Get past gatekeepers with confidence and skill Book qualified first appointments for our Account Executives Build lasting relationships with executives Keep the CRM clean and accurate Join daily coaching and training sessions Set goals with your manager, then beat them
What You Bring
1-2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience Youre energized by cold calls, not scared of them Sharp communication and listening skills A competitive streak and a strong work ethic Youre coachable and want to get better every day A positive attitude and team-first mindset
