HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (3) seasoned, highly skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this enterprise SDR role within a high-growth AI startup environment.
Position Overview
This role is designed for high-output, competitive sales professionals who are comfortable operating in a structured outbound environment while building pipeline for large, enterprise-level deals ($500K+ ACV).
The SDR will play a critical role in developing and executing outbound strategies, engaging senior stakeholders, and supporting enterprise sales cycles in a complex, high-value market.
Core Responsibilities
Generate pipeline for enterprise-level opportunities through outbound prospecting
Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
Identify and build target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles
Conduct initial discovery and qualify opportunities for senior sales leadership
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
Support the development of scalable outbound processes and playbooks
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:
1–2+ years of SDR or enterprise sales experience (high-quality environments preferred)
Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline in B2B sales settings
Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex or legacy industries (insurance, finance, legal, etc.)
Demonstrated comfort with high-volume cold calling and outbound activity
Strong communication skills with the ability to hold conversations with executive-level buyers
Stable work history with no pattern of job hopping
Candidates without enterprise exposure, outbound experience, or structured sales training will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in structured, high-performance sales organizations (e.g., Ramp, Databricks, Brex)
Exposure to selling into legacy or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with enterprise deal environments and long sales cycles
Track record supporting or contributing to high ACV deal generation ($500K+)
Strong internal drive, competitiveness, and resilience

HireNow Package
Work Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 base Commission: Uncapped (2–3% of closed contracts; high earning potential tied to enterprise deal sizes) Additional: Full visa sponsorship and relocation support available
