Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and personable Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build client relationships, identify their insurance needs, and provide solutions that help protect what matters most. No prior insurance experience required! If you have a background in sales, customer service, or relationship building, we'll provide the training and resources to help you succeed.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Meet established sales goals and performance objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance and financial products.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain.

Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to build relationships and confidently engage new clients.

Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
