Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Ever rented an apartment? RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 10%/month with a team of 20. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog) Now we're hiring to build even faster.

This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
• Creating and testing new sequences
• Managing a pipeline of high-potential leads
• Learning the ropes with a fast path to AE

You're a Fit If

• You have direct sales experience
• You're confident in cold outreach and know how to follow up
• You love clear targets and fast feedback
• You don't wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
• Real estate/property management experience = bonus

Compensation

• Base + uncapped commission
• $70k base/$103k OTE
• Employee-sponsored health insurance
• Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
