The Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth. This role is focused on outbound prospecting — calling automotive shop owners and managers, qualifying interest, and booking demos for our Account Executives. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want a clear path into a closing role, this is the opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive shop owners and managers

  • Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit customers

  • Schedule demos for Account Executives

  • Manage pipeline and activity in Close CRM

  • Follow up via phone, text, and email

  • Learn and communicate Speedpoint’s value clearly and confidently

  • Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and improve results

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Strong communicator, especially on the phone

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity

  • Coachable and eager to improve every day

  • Demonstrates consistent work ethic and ownership


Nice to Have:

  • Previous sales or SDR experience

  • Experience with Close CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot

  • Interest in or familiarity with the automotive/performance industry

  • Startup experience or comfort in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000

  • OTE: $90,000 (base + uncapped bonus tied to demos booked and performance)
