Job: BSDR-Sales Development Representative

As an Inside Seller - Sales Development Representative you will support our growing Business Development (BD) team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing a qualified pipeline, and booking meetings for Market Business Developers. You'll help to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule opportunities for our sales team and fuel market growth. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow a career in sales within the landscaping and property services industry.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Outreach
Research and identify potential prospects in the designated market.Proactively contact targeted companies and decision-makers of inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and CRM toolsMaintain regular communication and follow-up cadence with prospects to build and nurture relationships.Update and manage information in HubSpot with accurate contact data, next steps, and activity tracking.Set qualified meetings for Market Business Developers and monitor prospect progress through the pipeline.Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, property details, timelines, and budgetsSchedule estimates, site visits, or discovery calls for the sales teamFollow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move opportunities forwardMeet or exceed monthly activity and lead qualification targetsRepresent the company professionally and knowledgeably when communicating with prospects
Reporting & Process Improvement
Provide regular updates on lead activity, pipeline development, and appointments set.Track and report on outreach efforts, lead sources, and opportunity outcomes.Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.Schedule estimates, site visits, or discovery calls for the sales teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM systemCollaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or lead generation rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident, professional phone presenceAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organizedSelf-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented mindsetBasic computer proficiency and comfort learning CRM and sales toolsComfortable with high-volume outreach and digital communication.Collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting team and company goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in landscaping, construction, facility services, or home services industriesB2B sales experience and familiarity with prospecting commercial accountsExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems (HubSpot experience a plus!)Strong time management and follow-up skillsAbility to interpret customer needs and articulate service value clearlyInterest in developing a long-term career in sales or business developmentBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
