    Description

    Role description

    Are you energized by connecting with people, starting conversations, and turning opportunities into meaningful business relationships? Join our Sales team and help us connect organizations with the privacy protection they need to safeguard sensitive personal information.

    At Ironwall, we protect the personal information of people who face increased risks online — including judges, law enforcement professionals, elected officials, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other high-risk individuals. As an SDR, you'll be one of the first points of contact for potential customers, helping introduce them to the importance of protecting their personal information and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

    This is a foundational sales role where you'll build your skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling, while working closely with an experienced sales team and developing toward future opportunities within sales.

    What the role looks like

    This is an active, outbound-focused sales role. You'll spend your day researching prospects, making calls, sending emails, and creating new opportunities from scratch. You'll connect with decision-makers, introduce them to Ironwall's solutions, qualify inbound leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

    You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, hearing "no," handling rejection, and consistently building pipeline. Activity, persistence, and results matter, and you'll receive ongoing coaching and training to help you grow into a successful sales professional.

    If you want to:

    • Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels;
