Mid-Atlantic Technical Sales Rep – Construction Technology

Location: Hybrid (Northern VA / DC / MD) | Travel: 30–50%

Compensation:$50K–$60K base + uncapped commission | $110K+ OTE

What You’ll Do

• Build and own pipeline across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
• Prospect and sell to GCs, contractors, and AEC decision-makers.
• Lead discovery, demos, and ROI-driven sales conversations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales.
• Construction tech, automation, or capital equipment experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region.
