We are supporting our client on a search for a Sales Development Representative who wants to build a real sales career, fast. This is a launchpad seat with strong mentorship, a transparent ramp, and a clear path to Account Executive within 12 to 18 months.
You will run outbound, book meetings, and learn modern B2B selling alongside an experienced AE bench. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers from retail, hospitality, or any role where you had to talk to humans all day.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through cold email, calls, and LinkedIn
Run discovery conversations and book qualified meetings for AEs
Maintain a clean pipeline and high outbound activity in the CRM
Research target accounts and personalize outreach at scale
Hit weekly and monthly meeting and pipeline targets
Test and improve outbound playbooks, sequences, and messaging
Partner with marketing on campaigns and account-based programs
Requirements
0 to 2 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfort hearing no and trying again the next minute
Coachable, competitive, and resilient
Open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers
