This is a "hybrid" role. The selected candidate will work in NACD's Arlington, VA office (Tuesdays-Thursdays) on a weekly basis. WHO WE ARE NACD is the trusted association for board directors. SUMMARY The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays an essential role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective members. This role is focused on outbound and inbound prospecting, early-stage discovery, and scheduling high-quality meetings for sales executives. The salary/hourly range for this position is $62,000-$73,000. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to the salary/hourly rate, this role is eligible for the potential to earn an additional $15,000 annually in performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly. Actual bonus payouts are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance, company performance and plan terms. |
