<\/span>They are seeking an exceptional <\/b><\/span><\/span>Sales Development Manager <\/span><\/span><\/b>to lead and accelerate growth within our authentication portfolio in <\/span><\/span>North America, focusing on the East Coast.<\/span><\/span><\/b> This role offers the opportunity to build a business in a rapidly growing market with innovative products and a talented pre -sales and technical support team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>Main Tasks<\/span><\/span><\/b>
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate opportunities, drive sales, and close contracts/orders for the authentication portfolio in North America, focusing on the East Coast.<\/span><\/span>
- Identify and pursue potential accounts through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.<\/span><\/span>
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their needs and preferences.<\/span><\/span>
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address customer questions.<\/span><\/span>
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while maintaining profitability.<\/span><\/span>
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.<\/span><\/span>
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams in marketing, product management, and technical pre -sales to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
- Expand and shape long -term business relationships with customers and partners.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
- Degree in engineering or economics.
<\/span><\/span> - Proven track record in sales of security and authentication solutions.
<\/span><\/span> - Strong network with IT distributors, system integrators, and identity and access management providers.
<\/span><\/span> - Experience in value -based selling at senior/C -level.
<\/span><\/span> - Expertise with tenders and procurement processes in the public and private sector.
<\/span><\/span> - Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment.
<\/span><\/span> - Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and a strong customer focus.
<\/span><\/span> - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
<\/span><\/span> - Business fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
<\/span><\/span> - Willingness to travel as necessary (approx. 50%).<\/span><\/span><\/div>
