Position: Sales Department Coordinator
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $19-25/hr based on experience
Position Type: Temporary or Temp-to-Hire

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Sales Department Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Myers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys working cross-functionally with multiple departments, and has strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide support to the sales team, customers, and suppliers
  • Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Sales Departments to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule
  • Track orders through completion and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Research information through company databases, email communication, online resources, and internal departments
  • Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales or account managers
  • Follow up on inbound leads and assist with outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and send customer quotations as needed
  • Maintain and update customer account information within the database
  • Assist with improving departmental procedures, reporting, forecasting, and communication processes
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, sales support, customer service, or coordination experience preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
