Who You'll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. Our vision is to enable a world in which everyone loves their work and life. We help organizations redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there together.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Sales, Data, and Technology, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, and Data Engineering teams across Slalom. You'll collaborate with leaders and practitioners who rely on trusted data and actionable insights to guide revenue strategy, optimize execution, and drive measurable outcomes across our global sales organization.

Successful candidates are collaborative problem‑solvers and analytical storytellers who thrive in a people‑first culture. You're comfortable bridging business and technology, influencing without authority, and translating complex analysis into clear, executive‑ready insights. You bring curiosity, rigor, and a builder mindset-helping teams see what's possible through data while contributing to a culture grounded in trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Business Analytics to deliver trusted, actionable insights that drive sales performance and revenue outcomes
  • Proactively identify and communicate key trends across pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales activity to improve visibility into sales cadence and performance drivers
  • Develop and deliver insight narratives and identify patterns to drive repeatable sales success
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights and decision-ready analysis that supports faster, higher-quality decisions
  • Query and analyze core production data tables supporting sales, finance, and delivery operations to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain trusted analytical datasets across sales insights and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of insight outputs
  • Lead multi-dimensional analysis across offerings, industries, regions, and seller segments to inform forecasting and strategy decisions
  • Respond to ad-hoc executive and leadership questions with timely, data-backed insights
  • Partner with data platform teams on data definitions and governance standards to support consistent and reliable sales insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align performance metrics, support self-service insights through curated datasets and reporting views, and mentor analysts while leading insight workstreams tied to major sales initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Experience delivering actionable business insights that support sales performance, revenue outcomes, and executive decision-making
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex sales and performance data across pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales activity
  • Demonstrated experience translating data into clear trends, narratives, and executive-ready insights
  • Comfort working directly with core production data tables and analytical datasets supporting sales, finance, and delivery operations
  • Ability to lead multi-dimensional analysis across offerings, regions, industries, and seller segments
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, and data platform teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and performance drivers to senior stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring analysts or leading insights-focused workstreams in support of major business initiatives
