Sales Customer Service

What will you do?

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned customers, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and administrative needs.

• Provide proactive communication on order status, lead times, and deliveries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.

• Support the Sales team by creating offers in the ERP, following internal feasibility, and reactivating stalled opportunities.

• Collaborate with Logistics to process serial product orders and ensure compliance with agreed commercial conditions.

• Collect customer feedback and support satisfaction surveys to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Who are we looking for?

• A customer-oriented, well-organized, and detail-focused professional with a strong service mindset and coordination skills.

• Experience in a similar role is valued; candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize effectively, and ensure reliable follow-up.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, especially Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams.

• English skills sufficient for internal communication and customer support

It would be a plus if you have

• Experience in an industrial, technical, or B2B environment.

• Good command of ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of HubSpot, ERP systems, and order management / sales administration processes.

• Experience in lead qualification, quotation follow-up, or sample coordination.

• Additional languages are a plus.

• Gross monthly salary from: HUF 450,000-550,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits.
