What will you do?
Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned customers, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and administrative needs.
Provide proactive communication on order status, lead times, and deliveries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
Support the Sales team by creating offers in the ERP, following internal feasibility, and reactivating stalled opportunities.
Collaborate with Logistics to process serial product orders and ensure compliance with agreed commercial conditions.
Collect customer feedback and support satisfaction surveys to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Who are we looking for?
A customer-oriented, well-organized, and detail-focused professional with a strong service mindset and coordination skills.
Experience in a similar role is valued; candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize effectively, and ensure reliable follow-up.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, especially Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams.
English skills sufficient for internal communication and customer support
It would be a plus if you have
Experience in an industrial, technical, or B2B environment.
Good command of ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of HubSpot, ERP systems, and order management / sales administration processes.
Experience in lead qualification, quotation follow-up, or sample coordination.
Additional languages are a plus.

Gross monthly salary from: HUF 450,000-550,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits.
