Sales Crew Chief/Closer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Crew Chief/Closer to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle by demonstrating product knowledge, building relationships, overcoming objections, and guiding buyers through the sales process. This opportunity is ideal for a proven automotive sales professional who enjoys mentoring others, closing deals, and pursuing future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to create an exceptional vehicle buying experience.
• Close retail, lease, and finance transactions.
• Assist and mentor newer sales consultants throughout the sales process.
• Help overcome objections.
• Build and manage a personal customer base while supporting your sales crew's success.
• Collaborate with sales management to maximize unit sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain product knowledge on Chevrolet and Subaru lineups, competitive vehicles, and dealership programs.

Pay
$40,000 to $120,000 annually.
