Sales Counselor - Lutheran Life Villages

What You’ll Do

• Generate, cultivate, and follow up on leads through tours, phone calls, email, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, advisors, and referral partners.
• Conduct tours and presentations and guide prospects through the sales and decision-making process.
• Educate prospects on LLV’s full continuum of senior living and available deposit structures.
• Assess prospective residents’ needs and coordinate with the Assisted Living team to determine the best fit.
• Manage applications, contracts, financial information, lead tracking, and sales reports.
• Coordinate and participate in informational, sales, and lifestyle events.
• Meet established sales goals, budgets, and activity expectations.
• Collaborate across LLV campuses to provide comprehensive solutions for prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential information.
• Represent LLV’s mission, vision, values, and commitment to exceptional service.

What You Bring

• High school diploma plus vocational or college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Senior living or lifestyle-focused retirement community experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and database systems.
