Sales Coordinator/Systems Administrator (Full-time) - Andaz Resort and Bungalows

OverviewStarts at $22/hour. This position will assist sales managers with administrative duties including Word processing, account management, presentation preparation and customer follow up. The role also includes maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, and providing support to the Director of Sales and Sales team. Highly organized, detail oriented, analytically minded, and possessing good oral and written communication skills are essential. The Sales Systems Administrator must manage confidential payroll, hotel and associate information, requiring knowledge of SOX compliance and the ability to monitor private information.
