About the Role: A large and growing company in Monsey is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the go-between for customers and manufacturers. You'll be the one making sure issues get resolved, orders get tracked down, and shipments actually happen — all while keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. This is a great fit for someone who isn't afraid to push and follow up until the job gets done.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Help customers resolve any issues that come up with their orders
• Address missing items and provide shipping updates

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding product ship dates
• Follow up persistently to get accurate timelines

Order Management

• Advocate for customer needs and push to get resolutions

Qualifications

• Strong follow-up skills and persistence
• Comfortable communicating with both customers and manufacturers
