Sales Coordinator / Liaison (manufacturing company)

Growing engineering & manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Sales Liaison. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits – includes hybrid work schedule, 401K match, PTO, health/dental, and more!

Duties:

• Under the direction of the director of industrial sales, facilitate inside and outside sales operations with internal resources
• Facilitate customer inquiries pertaining to Service Division – includes parts work order, shipping status, service & warranty work orders, installation work orders, damage claims, etc.
• Communicate status of parts, service, and customer requests to appropriate account manager and/or regional sales manager
• Monitor status of engineering drawings
• Communicate delivery status to customers
• Leverage internal resources to provide responses to technical questions

Requirements:

• AAS degree preferred (Business-related degree a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing company
• Experience working with at ERP system
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary: $54-56K
